JCPenney Showcase

Day two commenced with a NYC-inspired set by one of America’s leading retailers, JCPenney. Their exclusive and private label brands included baker by Ted Baker, Disney, Flowers by Zoe by Kourageous Kids, giggleBABY, Joe Fresh Kids, Sally M by Sally Miller, and Total Girl. The runway showcase opened with MC’s and kid-reporters, Tristin & Tyler, dressed to impress by JCPenney.

Sunday afternoon continued with a sophisticated cue of designers. Looks ranging from kimono and military-inspired styles from Bonnie Young to the elegant and delicate origami artistry of Lamantine and Pale Cloud.

Multi-brand Showcase

A multi-brand show of emerging designers featured various outerwear looks and swimwear by Andy & Evan, Floatimini, Oil & Water, Stella Cove, SUOAK, and Sweet Lola.

Stride Rite Children’s Group

Closing the fifth season of petitePARADE, returning partner and leader in premium children’s footwear,Stride Rite Children’s Group presented a showcase featuring Keds Kids, Merrell Kids, Saucony Kids, Sperry Top-Sider Kids, and Stride Rite. The showcase included several head-to-toe looks from Nordstrom, a Stride Rite retail partner, along with additional looks from must-have children’s fashion brands.

Entertainment

Throughout the weekend, nine-year-old DJ Kai Song curated the always upbeat sountracks of petitePARADE, while kid-reporters, Tristin & Tyler MC’d the JCPenney Showcase. Official workshop sponsor, MilkPOP gave mini-guests of petitePARADE the opportunity to embellish illustrated t-shirts, sneakers and tote bags. All proceeds raised went to non-profit organization, Free Arts NYC.
